" The school show "Lucca music classes, dance and theater

LUCCA, January 20 - part of the project "The school performance" , sponsored by the city of Lucca, Department of Culture and Youth Policy, kicks off a series of courses intended to children and young people in disciplines such as classical music, contemporary music, dance and theater.
"The project 'The school show' - said the Head of Culture Letizia Bandoni - that draws on and expands the previous 'A school ...', aims to promote artistic activities among the young people, to foster creativity through adolescence the disciplines of music, dance and theater . To this end, the council has identified the key players active on the territory that specific characteristics in the above areas, namely:

for classical music, the School of Music Symphony;

for contemporary music, the Music Academy Jam,

for dance, Area 23;
-
for the theater, Live Academy Association Metropolis.
The project envisages the setting up of base discipline of interest to young people through free access, although limited to courses in one of those arts facilities.
The presentation was also attended by the various bodies responsible: Giorgio Fazzi (Sinfonia), Giampiero Morici (Jam), Emiliano Galligani (Live Academy), Carlo Alberto Micheli and Jonathan Del Carlo (Area 23), who explained in detail the schedule of various courses.
in detail the courses consist of classical music in an instrumental and vocal workshop for children and teens 16 to 14 years, titled "Let's Orchestra" , music provides courses of contemporary electric guitar, electric bass, drums, modern singing, piano and keyboards, the courses will be divided into theater acting, musical and direction-setting, and finally those in classical ballet, modern - jazz and hip-hop.
At the end of the courses in June, there will be a final recital at the Teatro Nieri a Moriano Bridge. The courses will be promoted through an advertised promotion initiated by the various players in the secondary schools and lower than the municipal area. Entries close on 28 February.
